• Contact enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, organisation, and the message and project details relevant to the practice you selected.
• Careers applications. When you apply through our Careers form we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, role of interest, portfolio link, and cover note) together with the CV file you upload. CV files are stored in our secure backend storage and accessed only by authorised reviewers.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type, and interactions such as form submissions). IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
• Technical data. Standard server and browser information such as browser type and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and reliable.
